Ordering

What size should I order?

All of our clothing is true to size, unless stated otherwise. We have listed the size that each model is wearing in the description of the items. If you are still unsure of which size you should order, do not hesitate to email us at thefoundryco@gmail.com

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments from the following options: Visa debit/credit, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Shopify Pay. We do not accept checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.

Can I use a promo code with the sale of already discounted items?

Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items.

Why was my card charged twice?

Your card should only be charged once. However, if you are seeing multiple charges on your bank statement, that could be your bank authorizing the charge to insure sufficient funds and account authenticity. Depending on your bank, the charge should usually clear within 72 hours. If you’re nervous about being charged twice, please contact your bank for further assistance. To ensure that you are not being charged twice, only click the place order button once at checkout.

Returns

I need to change something on my order, how can I do that?

Email thefoundryco@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) you need to change immediately. We process orders quickly, usually within 1 business day. After they have been processed, we are unable to change or cancel the order. To return your items, follow the instructions here.

How long does it take to process my return?

All returned items will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All sale items ending in .98 are final and cannot be returned.
